Because we are an independent, single-location business based in Oregon, we do not have a "physical nexus" (a legal business presence) in other states.
What this means for you:
For the majority of our customers across the United States, we are not required to collect sales tax on your purchase. This typically results in a 7–10% savings compared to national retailers who are required to collect tax in every state.

Our system calculates sales tax based on your specific shipping address at checkout.
Economic Nexus
In compliance with state laws, if our sales volume to a specific state exceeds that state's "Economic Nexus" threshold, we are required by law to collect and remit sales tax for orders shipped to that state.

60-Day Refunds
Cash refunds are available within 60 days. A flat $8 shipping fee is deducted from the refund amount. Items returned in store are free.
Condition
While we're flexible, please keep items in new condition with tags attached for fit/color returns.
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, the Ironclad Guarantee allows you to return it for a replacement or refund at no charge. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
