Patagonia guarantees everything they make. If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store you bought it from or to Patagonia for a repair, replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
In-store repairs include patching, zipper repairs, and most broken snaps. For more comprehensive repairs, items are sent to the Repair Center in Reno, NV. It’s one of the largest apparel repair facilities in the United States. The average repair turnaround time is approximately 6 to 8 weeks. Most items are repairable. If an item is deemed unrepairable, we will contact you about your options. Always clean the item before submitting it for repair.
