If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to our store in person or mail it to Patagonia for a repair*, replacement or refund. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
*As a locally owned Patagonia partner store, we're only equipped to process repairs at our store in person. You're still able to send it in for repair with Patagonia directly.

We do our best to process and ship orders the same day you order it. Instore pick-up is usually ready within 2 hours. Please keep in mind that we get backlogged during sales or the holiday season and it could take longer. Returns & Exchanges
We accept both current season and sale items in any condition for return or exchange. We can only process refunds within 60 days of the purchase. We do not set a time limit on exchanges. We ask that returns for fit or color be made in a timely manner and that items be kept in new condition with tags attached. Returns and exchanges can be sent back using our self-serve returns portal to get a prepaid shipping label. Exchanges or returns for store credit are free. Refunds include an $8.00 return shipping cost that will be deducted from your refund and applied to your original form of payment.
