Cash refunds are available within 60 days. A flat $8 shipping fee is deducted from the refund amount. Items returned in store are free.
Condition
While we're flexible, please keep items in new condition with tags attached for fit/color returns.
If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, the Ironclad Guarantee allows you to return it for a replacement or refund at no charge. Damage due to wear and tear will be repaired at a reasonable charge.
