Patagonia's program for trading in, buying used and repairing gear is swinging by our shop to celebrate what you already own.
If you've got a broken zipper, torn trousers or something in between, they'll repair it for free
(any brand, one per person).
Excellent customer service. I needed a jacket quickly for my upcoming trip. They shipped the same day using priority mail, and I got it in time.
I was on vacation and ripped my jacket. I happened upon this store and they fixed the rip very efficiently and told me to also send it back to Patagonia for a more complete repair. Very friendly and helpful staff!

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. We typically process orders and get them out the door the same day, and it takes 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do you ship overseas?
Unfortunately, We are unable to process international shipments.
Can I return or exchange something I bought in person?
You certainly can! Shoot us an email with a photo of your receipt and a good shipping address, and we'll get things rolling for you!
